This website is provided by Up & Run Club for informational purposes — to share details about our runs, our community, and what we're about. We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but the site is provided as-is. Run times, locations, and other details can change, so always check our latest posts or newsletter for the most current info.
This one's important. Running is exercise, and exercise carries inherent risks. By joining any Up & Run Club group run, you acknowledge that you're participating voluntarily and assume responsibility for your own physical well-being. If you have any health concerns, please talk to your doctor before joining a run.
We encourage everyone to go at their own pace, stay hydrated, and listen to their body. There's no pressure to keep up with anyone — the only finish line is the post-run hangout spot.
Up & Run Club, its organizers, and its volunteers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during or as a result of participating in our runs. We're a casual community group, not a coached training program. We don't provide medical support, and our routes use public roads and paths that we don't control.
Participants are responsible for following traffic laws, watching their footing, and making their own safety decisions out on the route.
When you attend an Up & Run Club event, photos and videos may be taken. These may be shared on our website, social media, or newsletter to capture the spirit of the community. By attending a run, you agree that your image may appear in these materials.
If you'd prefer not to be photographed, just let one of the organizers know at the start of the run — we totally understand and will do our best to respect that. If you see a photo of yourself that you'd like removed, email us and we'll take it down.
If you have any questions about these terms, reach out to us at upandrunclub@gmail.com. We're happy to chat.
